This is what indie should sound like. A great pop song but somehow a bit further out there than the mainstream. No intro, straight into the vocals and for two seconds you think this could be an Amy Winehouse influenced track. Not a bit of it, although Megan Thomas has a fantastic voice so you think it's a possibility.
No, as soon as the guitar starts buzzing you know that Thomas Tantrum are not a band that's afraid to sound different. The result is that Sleep not only catches your attention the first time you hear it but keeps a hold of it for every play after, sounding better and better (for at least ten plays so far...).
